Shipping policy

Processing time 

Most of the items listed are in stock and will be posted within 1-3 working days after receiving your order. Larger orders may take a little longer. Please contact us if your order is needed for a specific date and we will endeavour to make this possible.

In-store Pick up

You can skip the shipping fees if you are local with free pickup from our Centre at BD7 3JE. After placing your order and selecting In-store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Shipping

Posting to UK: All UK orders are shipped by courier, with delivery in 2-4 working days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us.

Delivery charges vary dependent on the size and value of your order and are calculated and displayed at checkout. There is no minimum order value.

At this time, orders placed online can only be delivered to Mainland UK. For Non Mainland UK Order Postal Quotations please contact us.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. International orders usually take between 2 - 4 weeks. Please note that Leading Children Ltd are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Please ensure a complete, accurate address is provided (including postcode). Leading Children Ltd cannot take responsibility for items not delivered due to an incomplete or inaccurate address.

If goods are returned due to incorrect address being provided there will be additional postage charges to pay for the order to be re-shipped to an alternative or amended address.

Items do occasionally go missing in the post. If your item has not arrived after 28 days from the date of shipping please contact us.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Lost/Missing shipment

Please contact us if you believe your parcel has gone missing. Leading Children Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit, however we will do everything in our power to make sure that you get your order.
