Developing Provision into Year 1 (2 days, 17.06.25 & 1.7.25)

Course Description:

Day 1:

• Classroom Culture - how childrten see learning opportunities in key
• Making sure provision requires more sophistication in skills and learning than Reception
• Training children to high levels of independence and responsibility

Day 2:

• Developing slick organisation to support children's independence
• Using provision to provide same day intervention for slower graspers
• Considering high quality interaction and its role in honing children’s higher order thinking skills
