The beautiful Orca, or Killer Whale belongs to the oceanic dolphin family and is its biggest member. It is easily recognized here, by its patterned black and white body.

Fun Facts:

The Orca’s heart beats at a rate of about 60 beats/min when the orca is at the surface, dropping to 30 beats/min when submerged. Their life span is up to 45 years and they can swim up to 56 km/h.
