Fun Facts:

Pigs are highly intelligent, don’t have sweat glands (so where does the phrase, ‘sweating like a pig come from?’) and love to play and be sociable. They can swim, but they can’t fly and they like to be clean, despite their mud baths. Their noses are hyper-sensitive and they forage using their sense of smell.

Rachel’s Notes:

There are lots of ways you could simulate a farm. At the shop we sometimes have our farm collection on a rug, which is woven to look like furrowed fields. You might want yours to be in a tray, where you could perhaps offer moss to represent grass.
